Para hablar de gustos y disgustos con actividades usualmente usamos la forma -ing del verbo.

one/ones
Nosotros usamos one o ones con un pronombre despues de un adjetivo.
Do you like this coat?
I prefer the black one. ( i.e. the black coat )
Can I have a look at those bags, please?
The big ones or the small ones? (i. e. the bing bags or the small bags)
